He applied, and was surprised by the rigor of the hiring process—much tougher than what he had experienced in previous teaching jobs.
Not taking any chances, he emailed Christopher an offer early Sunday morning. Turner used to be the type of school where many teachers ended up because they couldn’t get jobs elsewhere.
